There is MORE TO LIFE than increasing its SPEED. — Mohandas K Gandhi

My mission is to help improve my community’s quality of life by providing education and training in stress management (as well as direct services in touch therapies: energywork and massage). If you belong to a group that would benefit from an engaging, interactive presentation on stress, I’d be pleased to share my research and tools in your setting.

In this 90-minute seminar, “Taming the Beast: Resolving Stress with Curiosity and Ease,” we’ll discuss sources of stress, followed by a self-assessment regarding management strategies. We’ll engage BJ Fogg’s “Tiny Habits” model, gently opening the way to well-considered change. And we’ll end with a short journey into stillness. Then, for those who choose it, we’ll enhance that quiet experience with the healing power of tender touch.
