Navigate today’s chaotic currents with more balance and grace.
You’ll assess the techniques you use to manage stress. And then, explore various strategies – some relaxing, some playful – to incorporate into your own practice, building resilience and helping to prevent stress from taking over.
We will: move with qigong and cross crawl, rest with breathwork and sleep-readiness exercises, lighten up with therapeutic laughter, create the beginnings of a new notebook with a few writing prompts, and learn the ‘Tiny Habits’ method of anchoring a new skill.
