Self-Care Made Simple

a half-day workshop open to the public;
provides 4 CEs for massage therapists

Navigate today’s chaotic currents with more balance and grace.

You’ll assess the techniques you use to manage stress. And then, explore various strategies – some relaxing, some playful – to incorporate into your own practice, building resilience and helping to prevent stress from taking over.

We will: move with qigong and cross crawl, rest with breathwork and sleep-readiness exercises, lighten up with therapeutic laughter, create the beginnings of a new notebook with a few writing prompts, and learn the ‘Tiny Habits’ method of anchoring a new skill.

Next class: Saturday, Oct 1, 2016; 1-5 pm
Confirmation deadline: Saturday Sep 24, 2016

Location: Wisdom’s Way, 900-A MLK Blvd., Chapel Hill.
